Privacy Policy

Your information should be handled clearly.

What PACT collects

When you submit a creator application or organization brief, PACT collects the contact details and answers you provide, along with the date of submission and your consent to this policy. If you use the PACT app, it also stores your application status, opportunity interests and the progress of PACT-managed matches. Drafts saved before submission remain in local browser storage on your device.

Why it is collected

PACT uses application information to assess creator eligibility, review organization briefs, identify relevant matches, communicate about the submission, operate the managed-matching process and improve the service. PACT does not sell application data or use it for unrelated advertising.

Storage and access

Submitted information is stored in protected server-side application storage. It is not displayed publicly. The application inbox requires authentication and is restricted to the PACT owner. Access may be extended only to authorized people who need the information to review submissions or operate the service. The private app uses a hashed version of the code issued after submission and a time-limited, secure session cookie; PACT does not store the readable code. Short-lived abuse-prevention records use a one-way hash of technical request information and are automatically removed after their security window has passed.

Managed matching and information sharing

Approved creators may see vetted opportunity summaries and privately express interest to PACT. PACT reviews fit, conflicts, availability and terms before progressing a match. Creator identity and contact details are not shown to an organization through the app until the relevant approval stage; contact details appear only after PACT marks an introduction as made.

Information shown in demonstrations

Creator profiles, portraits, campaign examples and impact figures on this site are illustrative demonstrations. They do not identify real applicants or report live campaign results.

Retention and deletion

Application information and its related opportunity, interest and match records are kept for up to 24 months after the last activity, unless they are needed for an active relationship or a legal obligation. Private app sessions expire after 30 days, and expired sessions are removed automatically. Owner action records are kept for up to 24 months to protect the integrity of the application and matching process.

Keep the submission reference and private access code shown after you submit. They allow you to open the private app and permanently delete the stored submission below. Deletion also removes associated app sessions, opportunity interests and managed-match records. You may also email creatorpact@proton.me to request access, correction or deletion.
